First, the selection criteria

Individuals who are in the period of punishment for crimes or under the influence of Party and government disciplines shall not be recommended.
2. Specific requirements
"National Upward and Good Youth" is divided into five categories: "Young people who love their jobs and work hard", "Young people who innovate and start businesses", "Young people who study hard and strive for progress", "Young people who help the poor" and "Young people who worship morality and keep faith". The selection criteria are as follows.

3. 4.
